We always do our best to pack it as well as possible, but it can still happen that stones or other decoration material come loose from the candle. When this happens, you can easily melt the wax a little with a creme brullee burner and push the loose stones etc. back into the wax. For this reason, we cannot take the candles back.

Shipping takes 2-5 business days.

Shipping is always done with DHL or PostNL and at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss or damage to the package. For an additional 2.50 you can have your package shipped insured via DHL.

Items can only be returned if they are in new condition, undamaged, unused and returned within 14 days. We can only give you a refund if the return arrives in perfect condition. If the package arrives damaged, incomplete or used, we unfortunately cannot help you. Return costs are for your own account.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
